Those shouldn’t stop you from learning from those mistakes or failures and continuing to grow and better your situation. Professional failures shouldn’t be any different. It’s not about the mistakes that were made, but about how you’ve learned and changed your approach since then.
This Europe Roundtable is a fast-paced, topic-driven, 60-minute session of interactive sharing and learning in your personal/professional network and a apart of the foundation for your on-going career management – for what you do know – and for what you would like to do next. We encourage full engagement of these roundtables from all registered participants as we want these to be a networking resource for the event attendees.
