Premise of the Series: Experienced executives and experts are highly compensated for delivering even higher value to the firm. When in transition, executives can learn from the strategies of consultants who pursue their next deals by doing things like:
- Clarifying their “niche” of services and skills offered to avoid confusion
- Communicating a ‘results mechanism’ (process/skills) that delivers promised value
- Establishing oneself as the thought leader in the area of the job-to-be-done

Attendance Policy: Members are allowed three (3) late cancellations or no shows per quarter. After three no shows/late cancellations, members will not be allowed to attend EN events for the next 30 days. A late cancellation is anything less than 24 hours prior to the event start time.
