This session will focus on exploring common interview questions around developing others, identifying themes that have informed their approach or made them the leader they are today, and address how best to answer these types of questions.
The OC Leadership Exploration + Development Roundtable is a reoccurring opportunity and space for executives to come together, network, learn, share best practices, and get answers to the most pressing questions related to your job search. We’ll also discuss critical aspects of your search, functional or industry-related trends, and potential job leads. Please only register if you have extensive human resources experience.

Attendance Policy: Members are allowed three (3) late cancellations or no shows per quarter. After three no shows/late cancellations, members will not be allowed to attend EN events for the next 30 days. A late cancellation is anything less than 24 hours prior to the event start time. We fully enforce our RSVP and waitlists for all EN events.
