How did you get connected to the company where you landed your new role? A fellow McDermott + Bull Executive Network member knew the founder of the firm and made the introduction. Networking is 100% responsible for me finding this unposted position and getting my foot in the door.

What allowed you to stand out during the interview process? My cross-functional experience spanning operations, finance, and commercial topics.

If you could give an in-transition executive any piece of advice, what would it be? Never put your transition in a box. Job opportunities can come from anywhere, and your search should cast a wide, and sometimes unusual, net.
