New Facilitators for OC Women’s Executive Networking Group

Starting in March 2021, the McDermott + Bull Executive Network is proud to announce three new facilitators for the OC Women’s Executive Networking Group. Each of the new facilitators have a rich background in working with senior-level executives and have a desire to help women create the best opportunities for themselves. We can’t wait for you to join each of them for their sessions!

As we transition into this next phase of facilitators, we would also like to thank Founder + CEO of Highjump Leadership, Hollie Mileski, who has been facilitating the OC Women’s Executive Networking Group since it’s inception. Hollie’s engagement with the Executive Network and passion to help female executives excel in their roles are highly appreciated and won’t be forgotten. Thank you, Hollie!

Denae Bluethmann
Denae serves as the Senior Vice President of Recruiting + Development, where she co-leads McDermott + Bull’s internal recruiting and research team. Denae joined McDermott + Bull in 2001 as a Senior Recruiter and as the firm’s first employee! In 2002, she became Director of the McDermott + Bull Executive Network and established programs to help connect senior executives with their peers and the firm. Denae’s Sessions:

Michelle Davis
Michelle serves as Vice President for McDermott + Bull and leads all internal execution strategy for the firm’s Financial Services Practice. With nearly 10 years of recruiting experience, Michelle initially focused on technology leadership before transitioning into financial services. In addition to her work at McDermott + Bull, Michelle volunteers at Women Helping Women, a nonprofit organization that provides the underemployed population with job skills and resources. Sun-Sun de Swaan
Sun-Sun serves as a Managing Director at McDermott + Bull in the New York office where she leads the firm’s real estate practice. Sun-Sun brings nearly 20 years of real estate experience and works with clients across the sector, including firms involved with investment, development, financing, and property management. She has experience in a variety of functions across the industry, shaping her expertise and ability to deliver best-in-class talent to clients across the board. Sun-Sun’s Sessions:
