Due to the current climate, we have decided to move all Executive Network roundtables and forums to virtual Zoom meetings until the end of May 2020. The Pepperdine and Webster University campuses – including our event spaces at these locations – have closed, and we have decided it’s best to follow suit for all EN events. If anything changes, we will let you know ASAP.
WHAT YOU NEED
We want to make this as easy and natural of a transition as possible. Participation in all virtual events will require video capabilities for conversation flow and networking purposes.
For engagement purposes, we are capping roundtables at 10 participants, forums at 20 participants, and shortening these sessions to one hour. However, in the case of high demand, we will open more sessions to accommodate the larger groups.
We have included a Zoom video tutorial that covers everything you need to know to navigate the platform and participate in meetings. We will be sending each session’s Zoom meeting link in the confirmation email prior to the event. If you have any further questions regarding Zoom, please let us know.
